    How do you equip dyes to armour or weapons, if you can?

    its against the rules to dye you armor, however some armors (from quests) come dyed.

    You can't dye armor, but I assume you mean powders. You can equip powders to armor/weapons if they have "Powder slots", and then by visiting a Powder Master, which can be found in most major towns. Ex: [Powder Slots 0/2] Meaning that there are 2 slots to fill.


    This should explain a lot more ^

    In the off chance that he didn't mean powders, and meant the actual dyes;
