World Drop-locking Items

A simple mechanic, but it would really help players not lose their items to something like dropping it and not noticing, or dropping it in a place where you will never see it again.

Maybe in your Character Menu, there could be a new icon in the bottom-middle of your stats, called "Drop-Lock."

It'll bring you up with a GUI that contains up to 5 item slots and a confirmation slot. Once you placed items in there and confirm, your items will now prevent you from dropping them! Of course, you can also revert it by doing the same thing on an already locked item.

Yeah it does seem a bit excessive. But some players who are paranoid about losing their valuable equipment (like me) will see this as a present from the heavens.

YAY! NO MORE LOSING LEGENDARIES AND MYTHICS OVER STUPID REASONS!

(And no, this does not apply in the case that a player loses all of your Soul Points).

I agree with it. It is actually hard to make it(you can actually do it already with the modpack, but not anybody can downlaod it ye ye), but if they can even do Quest systems with walking armor stands.. than this too. JUST DO IT; MAKE IT!

This is *kind of* already implemented in the Wynn mod pack.

 

But lots of people can't download Wynn Enhanced because they cant use Curse or other reasons

 

Which is why I'm sure item locks will eventually be implemented just because of how popular, genius, and simple they are.
