Nope, it says I get that-

We need to change that sign, maybe to smth like "Upon buying a rank, you get this, this, and this"

 

Well I’m not quite sure what you’re asking but when you buy a rank you do get those things?

If you mean the wording I think it’s just saying get a rank, and you get these for free with it!
