    I changed the server and clicked the start button, and they just appeared again

    It is so bad but on the build server it is still there... Sometimes they appeared and sometimes they didn't. I tried some things to remove them but this is a really weird bug, removing 1 of the command blocks removes all of them immediately leaving me thinking this could be client-sided somehow.
