    make it so any armor disabled says in red "this item is disabled due to the skill point requirement is not met" or something so incase they know that there item is disabled

    Armor skins could be made through the durability textures. After all, we are upgrading soon(TM).

    Currently impossible*.
    The way Wynn did it before was cheatish and Mojang told us to stop.
    We can do it with armor skins but we need a full update, and in reality that's going to take until the sun kills us all, maybe till it actually dies.

    At the time there were no rules against it (there are still no rules) but I can understand why they asked us to stop.

    it barely takes any coding at all, just a line of code making sure you are the proper level before it adds the bonus's
