Archer/Hunter Archer Level 90 Morph

I have and use the morph set.
What bow, powders and stats should I use to build a level 90 archer?

once you get lvl 100 use morph olily

 

I have seen that, but it doesn't say anything about powders or stat point distribution

 

w6w6w6 or w4w4w4 on olily, depends how many ems u have
stat points i think its like
as many as you need to wear morph and then fullsend int until you have 1 mana storms
edit: you have just enough skill points left to get 1 mana arrow storms so do that

 

wwe is actually the right way to powder olily

 

for morph on wynnbuilder i see only like a 30 dmg difference
although it prolly makes a bigger difference with an actual build

 

Then how would you powder and skill the level 90 bow "return to ether"?

 

what is your opinion of www for superior conc leverage
