Archer/Hunter Help Any Good, Cheap Build?

Does anyone have a good, cheap build they can share?

Regarding the items:
The Third Eye doesn't have to be expensive, 3/4s or 2/4s Mana Regen should suffice.
When getting a Millennium, take care that the +Health Regen is higher than the -Health Regen on your Zero.
Vaward you can get from any 1LE store, as the build isn't tight on SP.
With Sodeta Boots it's a bit easier to get good Mana Regen, and good Spell Damage% would be nice as well.
A 10% Spell Damage Nebulous is pretty common on the trade market, most go for 1LE.
If you don't want to spend a Master Voucher on Intensity, you can use Aurora here.
Suppression might be a bit harder to find, 2/4s Mana Regen is okay too. The negative stats don't matter too much as you won't be using your melee attack.
Preferrably have a Stellar with good bonus Health so that you won't be too flimsy.

In case you don't fancy spells, you can use a Painmaker melee build by @Madkurre - I think those are pretty cheap as well.
