That is really sweet of you to say! I don't think players change much when they become part of the Wynn staff. We still are regular players doing quests & grinding. We have emotions, opinions, jokes, sympathy & IRL pressures just as much as the next fellow player. xD
Well, to be fair, you reply to people, especially those who post in your profile, unlike many mods I know. It kinda sucks how some mods are just like that, keeping their things to themselves and barely interacting with the community. But at the end, its their privacy, which I respect.
@GreatOmegaDan the thing is, when you get "popular" which Moderators get, there's a chance that the popularity will take over and make most Moderators think they're too important to reply to normal people's posts. Not that I have seen a lot of Moderators that behave like this on here, but if you go to Hypixel you clearly see that problem.
Well on the other hand Hypixel is a lot bigger and has a lot more to handle with. I dont know what a moderator has to do on Hypixel but I guess they actually have to do a lot and therefore they have more ranks like 'Helper' or 'Jr. Helper' who can assist the Moderators with stuff like helping out the community.
I'm a mod on a certain modded server (won't say cause not allowed to advertise) and the popularity didn't get me, I just felt like I was way to unofficial for the privilege xD
