To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Slayer builds. The damage is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the items will go over a typical builders head. There's also Slayers negative health regen, which is deftly woven into it's lore- slayer's IDs draw heavily from Motoki's literature, for instance. The builders understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these IDs, to realise that it is not just good- it says something deep about BUILDING. As a consequence people who dislike Slayer truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the consequences of Slayers 900 raw melee, which itself is a cryptic reference to Cancelstack. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as the IMs genius wits unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools.. how I pity them.
