about the battlemonk tree with the build you use Dragon's Eye Bracelet but also take axe kick which basically overwhelms deye's cost negation...
some points do not fit each other imo like if you use Fallen with RotS you're missing out on the major id, and using Battlemonk with RotS...
with and without manastorm is quite big I would unfortunately not use winded, the spell costs are too high imo I'd rather look for replacements...
