    Another issue I've found is that the new Minecraft launcher may cause issues. The old Java one works fine for me.

    Minecraft uses your CPU and RAM more than it uses your graphics card. Tbh optifine would help and it allows you to turn off animations on weapons...

    Try using a different version of the launcher. I've had issues with newer launchers and the old Java one works fine for me.
