The obvious answer would be Wynntils. For modpacks, Wynncraft Plus (or for weaker systems Wynncraft Plus lite) are my definitive go-to...
Do they render properly without mods? First thing in my mind would be a setting for an optimization mod thinking an object shouldn't be rendered....
