I'm inclined to believe it is just some bows that are broken. On the same Archer, my Windforce bow works but my Infinity doesn't.
For me, it works with Windforce (and some low level bows on my second Archer) but it doesn't work with my Infinity.
I'm using Infinity. It was working earlier today, too. EDIT: It seems to be my bow. I just identified a Windforce and arrow storm works with it.
Just tested it, it works on my level 2 archer but not my level 60 archer. Maybe it's something with level 3 arrow storm?
