    Quads like are what you're talking about as overshadowing, and even then, you sacrifice a noticeable amount of tankiness to get the benefits of the extra offensive skillpoint. And even after all this, WFA (or WF) is preferred for healbotting, head empty playing, people that just don't want to die, and facetank powder abuse builds.
    Oh, and I didn't even really get into WFA's powder synergy...
    
    tl;dr: Not even close.
