      King Of Ragni, Raptor is not convinced you are telling the whole truth or doing enought for the people of Wynn. Like most high ranking figures there is always soemthing one fears to say as it will frighten the people. If that is the case The King of Ragni must speak of it. The Province of Wynn must know everything in order to stand up to the evil that is advancing towards all.
