    Multiple people on the discord have been saying it's bugged, enemies don't get blinded. Wouldn't be surprised if that applies to the fire damage...

    Disagree with you, spell-based assassins are a cool idea. Far more important things to be changed/numbers modified with the assassin skill tree.
