This´d make it regenerate alot faster when you don´t have a build with much raw health regen. But it´d also make it so that you can´t use it to damage stuff whilst wearing it. making it´s only use in pvp to troll a bit, instead of being an incredibly important and to my standard op part of the build.

Unless ´course this item is ment to be useful in battles as well, and isn´t ment to just be an outside of battle way to heal so that you don´t have to waste pots if you´re no mage

If the second option is the case, ima go abuse the (censored) out of this item.

side-note: when originally creating this build I wanted to make a cactus build that used lament, gravity and statue. With some morph-set, sadly it was proven impossible ;_;

skill points: 100 into dexterity make sure that your intelligence amount ends in lvl 64 so the amount of points into intel depends on the ids of the Plague staff, put one point into agility and the rest into strength.
