OK, I think the combat dummy dps is bugged. full Riftwalker meteors can be anywhere between 87k dps and 17k dps. that is 5 time difference.
Right now it is just uncomfortable. Pure Riftwalker has no point to melee other then to stack winded, which takes like 2 minutes in a boss battle...
A lot of changes, I will have to test them out. nice, but I still won't use it. It is better to leave winded on enemies and land 2 meteors then...
