Do what I did
If your knowledge of nutrition to increase muscle mass is really low, I recommend going to greatly I call my personal trainer :) Vince DelMonte has a program called No Nonsense to increase muscle mass and achieve that perfect body you want. It has a nutritional plan for each week of training, in addition to whole sections of his book devoted entirely to the nutrition you need to take (Count to a grocery list ready to take with you!).
