I don't think losing access to level 106 fits into Wynn, nor would it be particularly punishing. Being able to permanently drop the run restriction and having it be marked on the class is enough.

You can't do that, actually. I can personally confirm from last week.
    >Am Mage
    >Proffing (Bombs Everywhere 3XP)
    >Attempt /Hunted
    >No Effect
    >I have completed AHC on Warrior
Conclusion: Completing A Hunter's Calling on one class only unlocks Hunted toggle for that class and as a new-class effect. You can't toggle Hunted on for a fresh class unless you make it a Hunted class.

technically speaking you cant toggle it if you create a hunted character either, since you'd permanently be hunted.

also thats kind of my point. if you decide to give up mid-way, you'll have to delete the character and restart your progress to replace the character slot. all the difficulty enhancements are choices you need to go out of your way to select, with fair tradeoffs to balance it out.

You can't toggle it off if you make a Hunted character. Nitpick, but it's what I meant by "toggle Hunted on".

I can understand the argument for difficulty dropping, but also, you did decide to do a challenge run. The only run where not being able to drop difficulty is unusually painful is Ironman, because of not being able to transfer rare items you get to other classes, and you do in fact now have the opportunity to drop Ironman.

Ultimately I don't think it's really necessary to be able to remove Hunted from an existing character. Maybe it's slightly better QOL if all difficulties can be dropped, but I don't think it's needed.
