Why the high tier boats are deleted?

If that’s are simply fixing about gamebalance (because we dont have to pay emeralds for VSS seaskipper with using high tier boat), I dont say anything. However, if it was deleted because of unpopularity of boats, I want boats to come back. I like boats and sailing the learge ocean by myself. Oak boats are too slow to travel from Gavel province to Wynn province.

But, they have few problems. They are too easy to be lost. And it is too boring to obtain that items.

To solve first problem, boats must be work on same system as horses. It must be possible as long as my knowledge.

Using /lock to summoning items and we won’t upset losing boats anymore.

To solve latter problem, we want quest for obtaining boats and upgrading it. the way to obtain the highest tier can be tinkering.

Also, vanity items which changes boats to turtle or dolphins from crates will make our sailing more fun.

I love boats. Get them come back.

 

Minimal usage, mostly a gimmick item.

 

What does this mean

Even if boats were goated at their job it wouldn't fix the problem of the ocean having no reason to explore whatsoever since it's literally nothing but empty water stretching 11+ blocks down.
The issue here of course is that the ocean was made all the way in 2013, but unlike Gavel and Wynn, almost nothing has been done with the ocean to fix its cleary outdated nature (not counting Corkus). The ocean is both literally and metaphorically as wide as an ocean but deep as a puddle because it was made barely even a month after they added a basic-level quest system. Back then, Wynncraft was just "Minecraft but vaguely MMO-like".
So I doubt there would be any reason to make boats better until we get a full Gavel Reborn+Rekindled World-styled rework to the entire ocean, which in my opinion should be done by expanding the ocean downward with underwater Subnautica-style biomes rich with exploration while right off the bat offering permanent upgrades to swimming and breath that make ocean exploration fun through an ocean-centric questline similar to the questlines of the other provinces.

I've been working on an expansive Ocean rework idea, but I've had several health-related problems over the past 3 months keeping me from finishing it.

Here's an unfinished map that I've been using personally to make the content for the post (note that it lacks all of the context from the actual post):

Not removed, but put somewhere not visible on this map, it just says removed because it's no longer an island in the ocean
