Game Mechanics Housing Situation

- Add about 10 more pages to housing storage
- Finally fix the block stacking issue :pray:
- Make the base of the island removable
- Make the blueprint tool be able to remove blocks
- Don't allow people to open fence gates (Like trapdoors already work, include it in the interaction permission)
- Make housing islands be able to dynamically become their own server (Looni suggestion)
- Weather option for snow
- Add a circular option to the region tool
- Add a placable party finder npc (Why not ig)
- Show which world a housing is hosted on
- Make higher-star crafting materials trade for more housing blocks
- Add a trash can to throw away unwanted blocks
- Fix the 1x1 hole in the housing base to make it even
- Show progress on guild housing statues for the required season rating
- Remove the weirdly placed barriers block layers around the island
- Possibly allow opening crates and using scrolls on islands
- Allow statues from personal housing to be placed on guild housing
