This status would be applied to players but also mobs, both are spellcasting related

Silent: mana cannot stay at more than 50% of his full capacity for an ammount of time (if you have 100 mana, you would have 50, if you have 300 mana, you would have 150 and so on). this would be applied for enemies such as TNA, SE enemies and probably other bosses/WE enemies, mostly enemies with water-Air dmg

if you apply Silent to an enemy it would make his spells (just for enemies that applies spells) cast 1 second later (half a second for enemies with resistances).

For me a class/archetype that should apply this would be paladin/riftwalker

Headache: spells with proyectiles travel 30% slower, Enemies that apply headache would include Orphion, TCC and earth-thunder elemental enemies with hammer, heavy or other tools that could in real life give you a literal headache

Same thing when you apply headache, 30% slower proyectiles to normal enemies, 10% slower to enemies resistant to slow

For me a class/archetype that should apply this would be shadestepper or bmonk

spell spam builds doesn't risk as much as other builds and Glass cannon spell spam is part of meta, is a nice risk to add for those builds and also benefit other niches.

Hell no. This will either only apply to yml spells, thus making it useless, or it would not just be broken, but actively RUIN how some mobs work by injecting delays in their behavior.

Same deal. The only universe where this would end up in game is if it only applies to old projectile mobs, making it useless. Firstly, slowing projectile speed dramatically changes the trajectory of all gravity projectiles, making them pretty much immediately hit the ground, secondly, a fair few mobs use invisible projectiles that don't damage the player or anything as part of their behavior to make other abilities work properly.

Both of these, but especially the first one, would ruin countless of the mobs using the new AI system-- which will come to basically all enemies in the game eventually.

As for player debuffs, I guess they're fine ...?

tbf i planned them originally for enemies spells, rather than player, im fine if they are just applied by enemies since is a nice balance to playstyle
