Game Design Shaman Totem Changes

The change made in the latest beta:
Totem now casts significantly faster (Vertical Velocity: 1 -> 0.5)

I have been a Shaman main for four years, and the movement was only finally getting good in the past few updates. I love the way frog dance works, Mephistophilian is great, Tremorcaller +Dead Weight is really nice and I enjoy how you can choose to use Bloodborne to sort of upgrade it, but this change sucks. It makes flying without Blood Connection borderline impossible, you barely gain height even with Blood Connection, and it just removes a lot of the whimsy and skill the class had before. Please, don't implement this change into the base game as a default setting, maybe make it a node on the ability tree or something for people who can't position their totem well, or as a major id on an Accessory that would make it easy for those who want it to fit it in to builds, but I really don't like that this is the default. It feels pathetic to use and flying feels stressful and if there's a single ping spike I just fall out of the sky. This is not good, this is not needed, this is not wanted, this does not balance the game, this only makes things worse. I don't like being negative, but this might genuinely make me quit Wynncraft since this actively makes the game less fun for no reason. Why.

Yeah unless they make this like a fanatic mask ability this change should be put back
