Game Mechanics Spell Cast Keybinds

Im not sure if its even possible in minecraft maybe it is now in the newer version but it would be nice if you could assign keybinds to cast spells cause it would remove the problem of lag slowing spell casting by a bit and would be so much nicer. Also I know Wynntils and other Mods that you can download that are allowed do this where you assign a keybind to a spell and it performs the spell but the thing is it still does the 3 clicks it pressing the assinged key does it for it which if your lagging the keybind messes up and somtimes forget a key and if you doing multiple spells fastley if it misses one it then will cast the wrong spell. maybe even if it is possible in the future or if now have a hybrid version where you can do both still

Sounds like you're talking about Wynntils' spell macros. Some people have complained that they give Wynntils users an unfair advantage, but Wynntils is Unfair Wynncraft Advantages: The (Legal) Mod.

 

Maybe possible with current versions, but it would be extremely limited like using hotbar slots, or using the f key or drop key, which leads to jumbled results
