    Like Emerald Bags, except they work with powders, and each tier has a higher capacity of powders as well as a higher level of conversion.

    I don't think it's really necessary, nor do I think the CT would add this. On the other hand, powders do take up an entire page in my bank, especially when the stack glitch hits and I have a bunch of duplicate stacks. Having some way to deal with them easier would be nice, I suppose.
