Game Mechanics Craftable Gathering Tools Proposal

I've decided to create a google doc for this proposal. I believe I may be jumping the gun on timing. We're not even ready for the Rekindled beta yet I'm already dropping a huge proposal. But I want to put it out there anyway! I'd love to hear feedback and increase the Q/A section. If you have any suggestions of your own, I'll create a section for suggestions that replies here have created that I really enjoyed! I'd have credit linked of course and might be open to including my own spin as well! Would love to hear your thoughts!

What am I gonna use all my dungeon framents for then D:

 

In the google doc I explained that you'd purchase minor IDs with your fragments. These IDs would break and won't be reparable so you'd need to buy them regularly. These Minor IDs are basically the same as the current tools in dungeons, but they have special stats
