why isnt there a mute system

i mean it would make sense for there to be a mute system and not just a permaban

 

There is a mute system, however if you say something homophobic, transphobic, racist, or otherwise bigoted you will likely be banned as it is harmful to the marginalized groups within our community and in our staff team

 

i was banned, and i didnt say anything like that, and now i cant create an appeal since its my second ban

yeah i cant appeal anymore, even though i shouldve been muted and not banned

and theres no way to get unbanned and muted instead
