Game Mechanics Content Book Adjustments Please [96.6% Support]

I have heard negative feedback about the Content Book, and with a lot of it, I agree. The content book is cluttered, hard to sort, and confusing. I am proposing 4 suggestions:

1. Default Settings Change
Most of us older players are used to playing with the quest book, not the content book. I think that the default filters should be Show Only: Quests, Sort By: Lowest Level. That's how the quest book used to be, and I think the default should be this. And you're probably thinking: "This will be super annoying if you're trying to do anything other than quests." And to that I say: read the next suggestion please.

2. Save Your Settings:
It's annoying to have to /class, come back and reset your content book. (Disclaimer: I understand if this is not possible, but it would be really nice.) I think settings shouldn't just reset every time you log out. If that isn't possible, an alternative would be to allow players to set their own default.

3. Options
Lots of players want to discover stuff like secret discoveries and boss altars themselves. With the fact that the content book carries these optional pieces of content, newer players may think that they are mandatory for progression. That's why I'm proposing it to be divided into exploratory and common content. Technically, no content is required, but stuff like quests are (usually) easy to start and have good rewards. Quests, Dungeons, Mini-Quests, Lootruns, and Raids would be considered "common content" (Most players that have them unlocked attempt or complete them at some point)
For exploratory content: World Discoveries, Territorial Discoveries, Boss Altars, Caves, and Secret Discoveries.
The settings for this would be:
All
Common
Exploratory
(Those don't have to be the names, they were just the ones I thought of.)

4. Add LI
There's no reason not to except wanting players to get a flyer from Legendary Messenger (found in Corkus City, btw). I would love to be able to track LI in the content book.

You can track LI using its world discovery, but you can't retrack it. Retracking stuff should be a thing, especially for caves.

The old quest book was better for its purpose, but I think the Content Book is better now because it encompasses everything. I think it would be hard to do something like the old quest book, for everything you can explore with the Content Book.

I think that the Content Book needs adjustments like the ones in this thread, but it shouldn’t be replaced entirely imo

The only thing I see us doing here is adding Legendary Island

 

why would deusphage be against saving content book settings

 

I just want it to LOOK better, the old quest book matched the theme of wynncraft, this new content book is too colorful and bright, it actually hurts my eyes a little to look at.
