Abilities that give speed are weird. Sometimes, they directly modify your walkspeed identification (such as frenzy or spirit of the rabbit), and sometimes they give a multiplicative increase to the player’s walkspeed (such as windy/stormy feet or shadow travel). This inconsis Is really confusing for new and old players and just generally makes it difficult to tell how fast a player will be moving when under the influence of certain abilities.

I propose a change so that the multiplicative abilities instead give a direct linear increase to the player’s walkspeed identification so that the ability tree is more consistent and clear with how it operates. I don’t have any specific numbers in mind, but an example would be windy feet giving +20 walkspeed with stormy giving +40. Shadow travel can give a flat +100 or +120 depending in what feels right.

Issue is that the abilities wouldn't be able to do everything they can currently do.
As long as the distinction is clearly made in the ability descriptions it seems fine, even if a bit complicated, but at that it pails in comparison to many other aspects of the build system.
