Game Mechanics Twain's Arc quality of life

Normal archer arrows are fired from chest level, but Twain's Arc seems to fire from around the level of your feet. This means that a single half-slab or other normally non-obstructive terrain blocks the shot. This has no implications in raids or boss fights, as they mostly have flat floors, but makes using Twain's Arc while mobbing somewhat miserable, as sometimes shots aimed at the enemy's head will get blocked by what is practically a pebble at your feet. They also seem to miss enemies that are too close, something normal arrows have no issue with.

Suggestion: make Twain's Arc shots consistent with normal arrows (if the normal shot isn't blocked, neither should Twain's Arc).
