What if they add an item that makes the parkour visible, but you have to go through a longer optional section to get it

"There is no other skill where the game will just let you through". This makes sense - if you're going to play the game, play the game.
However, this is different from other things in several ways.
Primarily, the time it takes for such a trivial parkour. I understand that it may just be a "skill issue", however for the players (myself included) that take a significant amount of time to complete it, there is no reward other than "a single section of the dungeon has been completed", and, frankly, once the 20-minute mark is hit, my time would be much better spent elsewhere. If a parkour such as this were during, say, a quest, I would understand completely why there would be no skip button - after all, that would be an important piece of the game, however in this dungeon, the ridiculously difficult parkour makes no sense.
Secondly, this is a QoL suggestion. Your response treats it as though failing this parkour invalidates you as a Wynncraft player - as though if you fail this parkour, it just means you "aren't good enough". Taking a long time at the the EO parkour doesn't mean that you "fail the test" and "you lose", it means that you waste a huge amount of time for something that doesn't need to take that long.
Also, not being able to complete this section of the dungeon shouldn't gatekeep the entertaining fight at the end - The Eye is a very fun fight that would make any dungeon "the best" in my mind . . . except for EO. The fun ten minutes of the fight at the end shouldn't be counteracted by forty minutes of pain beforehand. EO was a wholly negative experience for me because of this very issue, and as someone who is bad at parkour, I shouldn't be prevented from playing the game.
The suggestion is requesting that Wynncraft make a certain aspect of it more available and fun to more people, and your response is asking to limit the number of people who can effectively have fun in this dungeon.

Not a pity system, but it's worth a mention that we nerfed the EO parkour room this patch! The glowstone indicating the invisible platforms has been raised a bit, and the layout of stage 4 has been made more forgiving.

Pretty sure it is already a thing. Last time I did the parkour, I noticed the floor was substantially closer, specially in the early sections. Makes it a lot more forgiving and makes it a lot easier to realize what the gimmick of the parkour is. I remember the last section still being pretty similar to the previous one though, but I did notice there was something different about it.
