General Questions

Q: How can I join Wynncraft? What is this server's IP?
A: You can use the official IP play.wynncraft.com to join our server. Alternatively, if you want to join the lobby, you can use lobby.wynncraft.com instead.

Q: Can I use a cracked version of Minecraft to join Wynncraft?
A: No. We will never support cracked versions of Minecraft. You must own the genuine version of Minecraft, purchased from minecraft.net.

Q: What can I do and cannot do on the server?
A: See Game & Forum Rules for a list of what you can and cannot do.

Q: What should I do if I see someone who is breaking the rules?
A: If you see a rulebreaker, immediately report them to our Staff Team, and we will deal with them ASAP! You can reach us in numerous ways:

1. /report - You can report players who are breaking the rules in the game with the command /report. The syntax for the command is /report [player] [reason]. This is an in-game command.
2. You can report players breaking the rules in the forums by clicking Report under their posts.
3. Player Reports Section - You can report players who are breaking the rules by sending a player report in this subforum. Read the How to Report a Player thread for more info.
4. You can contact the entire Moderator team by using our Modmail Bot, found in #contact_staff (instructions in channel). You can also DM the Moderators in the Wynncraft Discord Server, but it isn't a recommended way of reaching out the Staff Team. You can find a full list of Moderators here. Note that Discord usernames may differ from the in-game usernames.
5. @Moderator ping - This role mention will send a notification to the Moderators on our Official Discord Server with this role. Misuse of this role mention is forbidden. You can use this to reach out to all of the Moderators at once in case of an emergency, such as NSFW, malware or other content that needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible.
6. Moderators can be reported by reaching out to the Moderator Managers: @Viridian and @Naraka00. Only report Moderators if you have substantial proof.

Q: Why am I banned? What's going on? How do I remove my ban?
A: You were banned because you were breaking the Game & Forum Rules. Bans, unless a time is specified, are usually indefinite - they will not run out if they are not temporary, which means in order to "remove" your ban, you will have to appeal it. If you are banned, please submit a ban appeal to the Ban Appeals subforum, and read the How to Submit an Appeal thread for more info. Please note that DM'ing the Moderators on Discord or on the forums will not make your appeal go faster.

Q: How can I interact with other players?
A: You can join our official Discord Server here. Bear in mind that Game & Forum Rules apply.

Q: Does Wynncraft host events?
A: Yes! You can find our events on the forums with the post flair Official Event. Players are welcome to host their own events as well - all unofficial events hosted by the players are labeled Community Events, and you're welcome to host your own, as long as you abide by the Game & Forum Rules.

Q: What is a "build"?
A: In an RPG context, your character's "build" is the arrangement of stat points and/or gear for your character that will allow you to achieve the best results for your playstyle. This only applies to games where it is impossible to max out all your stats, or if you want to stay at a certain level. For help with builds, you can visit our Class Builds subforum, or tune into the #class_builds channel on our Discord server.

Q: What is the best version to play Wynncraft on?
A: Wynncraft is the most stable on 1.20.2, but we support all versions 1.16 and onwards.
NOTE: 1.19 introduces chat telemetry and 1.19.1 adds chat reports that allow players to report other players to Mojang for breaking Minecraft's online code of conduct. This has been disabled on the server side, if you're curious, so players cannot report other players to Mojang.
NOTE 2: Wynncraft will be moving on from supporting 1.16.x-1.20.1 when the Rekindled World update releases, which means the only versions supported will be 1.20.2 and onwards. You can still play on old versions until the switch happens, after which you will no longer be able to join with an outdated client version.

Q: The rules thread is not answering my questions!
A: You can contact the Moderators for clarification on the specifics of the rules, where need be. You can also find the rule clarifications on the bottom of the Game & Forum Rules thread.

Forums

Q: What is the "Conversations" system?
A: Conversations system allows players to communicate with each other in private. You can start a conversation by selecting the "Start a Conversation" button either on the conversations hover button, or on a player's page. The latter allows you to start a conversation with that person directly.

Q: How do I add a forums signature?
A: Forums signatures are added by hovering over the "Profile" button and selecting "Signature". From there, you can edit your signature to be whatever you want within our Game & Forum Rules.

Q: What is ??? Hunt on Forums?
A: ??? Hunt is an obsolete subforum that used to be the main hub to discuss the old ??? quest, back when spoiling ??? was a bannable offense. This subforum currently has no use.

Q: Why did I get directed to Forums to submit a bug report/appeal my ban?
A: We handle ban appeals exclusively through forums. The only exception are the Discord bans, which will be covered in the Discord section of the FAQ. Bug reports are also sent through the Forums, to allow the Content and Staff teams to document the bugs encountered in the game.

Q: Why is there an "exploitable" toggle for bug reports?
A: Some bugs in the game are capable of being exploited for great personal gain to the detriment of others, can be used to wreak havoc in our servers, and are generally considered game-breaking. These bugs are hence called "exploitable", and must be reported upon encountering. Note that exploiting any bugs in Wynncraft will result in a ban.

Q: I can't submit an appeal!
A: There could be a couple of reasons for this - either you have been banned temporarily (which cannot be appealed by design), or the system thinks you're not banned when you are. For the latter, we suggest using your old names when submitting an appeal. There are also rare cases where the appeal system stops working altogether. If that happens, DM a Moderator, and they will escalate it to the Admin team.

Q: I can't reply to my appeal!
A: As outlined in the Ban Appeals Guide, be sure to verify your Forums account before you can reply to your ban appeals.

Q: Why did my message get removed?
A: We expect users to follow the rules in the game, as well as in the Forums. If your message or thread was removed, it most likely did not follow our rules. You will also receive details about your thread's removal in DMs to avoid future removals to an extent.

Ranks

Q: What are the ranks in Wynncraft?
A: Wynncraft has a variety of ranks; the information about them are outlined below:

• Gray: This is the default in-game rank, and is active on every player.
• White: This is the in-game rank obtained by linking your in-game account to your forums account. You can link your in-game accounts to forums via the command /forums.
• VIP, VIP+, HERO, CHAMPION: These are Store ranks, obtained by supporting the server. Each tier of rank have different benefits, which you can find on the Store page.
• MEDIA: These players have created content for Wynncraft and meet our Media Rank Requirements.
• Content Team: These are the players who create the content you see in Wynncraft. The Content Team has various branches, and you can join the Content Team by following the application process in this thread here.
• Moderator: Moderators are Staff members who are distinguished members of the community, trusted with the banhammer. They enforce the rules and educate the players about them, so that everyone in the community can have a good game (and the rulebreakers are kept out). You can join the Staff Team by following the application process in this thread here.
• Admin: Admins are Staff members who make everything in this game tick. Say hello! Salted, Jumla and Grian are the owners of Wynncraft.

The following ranks only apply to the forums:

Spoiler: Specific Ranks

• CMD: Command Blocker. These players are responsible for all the Command Block magic you see in the game.
• GM: Game Masters. These players make the quests and content you enjoy in the game.
• Build: Builders. These players create the builds and landscape that makes the world of Wynncraft come alive.
• QA: Quality Assurance. These players are responsible of the Bug Reports section, processing the bugs you encounter in the game. Note that Quality Assurance team cannot fix your bugs directly.
• Artist: These players make the skins and various art you see in the game and out of the game.
• Modeler: These players make the character and skin models you see in the game.
• Music: These players create the music you hear in Wynncraft. If you own a rank of VIP+ or better, you can listen to the Jukebox to hear the music of Wynncraft on demand.
• Item Team: These players tweak, add and remove the items you see and play with on Wynncraft. They are also responsible of the game's balance on the items side of things.
• Hybrid: Hybrid players are CT members who are in more than one branch of CT at the same time.
• Community Manager: Community Managers are members who are responsible of the whole community, acting as the bridge between the players and the Content Team, as well as hosting events. The current Community Manager is Hams.
• Mod Manager: Mod Managers are members who are responsible of the Moderators. The current Mod Managers are Viridian and Naraka00.
• Support Team: Support Team members are players who are responsible for all of your Support queries. You can contact them by emailing [email protected].
• Developer: Developers of Wynncraft, who work on the game to make it run as smoothly as possible, as well as introducing new features on the development side of things.
  
• Owner: Owners of Wynncraft.

Spoiler: Vanity Ranks

• Featured Wynncraftian: These players have been selected as Featured Wynncraftians, who have contributed to the community and the game in a very substantial way. Featured Wynncraftians can only be nominated.
• HIC Master: The revered players who have completed one of the hardest challenges the game has to offer; completing every quest, every dungeon, every raid, every miniquest and the "world famous" Legendary Island, as well as reaching Combat Level 105, on a Hardcore Ironman Craftsman (HIC) class. This rank is no longer obtainable.
• HICH Master: The revered players who have completed one of the hardest challenges the game has to offer; completing every quest, every dungeon, every raid, every miniquest and the "world famous" Legendary Island, as well as reaching Combat Level 105, on a Hardcore Ironman Craftsman Hunted (HICH) class. This rank is no longer obtainable.

Q: My in-game rank is not showing up on the Forums and/or Discord!
A: If you haven't linked your in-game account to forums, do so by using the /forums command while in-game. This will link your IGN to the forums, and your rank will be updated shortly after. If it hasn't been updated after a while, you can force it to update by clicking Rank Sync at the bottom of your Account Details page. If that doesn't work either, contact the Moderator Team. If you are missing your rank on Discord, make sure you have linked your in-game account to forums, and your linked forums account to Discord, by following the instructions on this thread (How to Use Discord). If your rank does not appear after that, try re-linking your external account to see if it fixes the issue or pressing the Rank Sync button in your Account Details page. If your rank still does not appear after that, DM a Moderator to help you out with your ranks, but only if you already have tried everything. Your rank must show up on the Forums in order for the Moderators to help with Discord rank issues.

If you didn't receive your in-game rank at all, contact the Support Team instead.

Q: I linked my Discord account with my in-game account but did not receive my in-game rank on Discord!
A: Linking your Discord account to your in-game account will only give you a one time 24hr Double XP boost. In order to actually receive your rank, you will have to link your account to Forums first (via /forums, see above question), then your Forums account to Discord via the External Accounts page.

 

Discord Server

Q: What is Discord?
A: Discord is an all-in-one voice and text chat that's free, secure, and works on both your desktop and phone. You can communicate with other Wynncraft players on our Discord server, where you can trade items, find groups and ask questions if you're stuck.

Q: Someone's sending me unsolicited advertisements/inappropriate content in DMs!
A: Don't panic. If you share a mutual server with the person sending you DMs that break our Game & Forum Rules, immediately report them to one of our Moderators in DMs. Unsolicited DM ads are also against Discord's Terms of Service, so you can report them by submitting a ticket in https://dis.gd/contact.

Q: What should I do if I see someone breaking the rules in the Discord server?
A: If you see a rulebreaker, contact the Moderator team via #contact_staff or tag (at)Moderator in the Discord server. When submitting a report through #contact_staff, please include a message link to the offending message! You can obtain the link to a message in Desktop by selecting "Copy Message Link" in the "More Options" menu in a message, as the three dots to the right hand side of the message.

Q: Why can't I send messages?
A: It's because you have been muted for breaking our Discord Server rules. Mutes are usually temporary and will go away after a while, but if you are permanently muted, you will have to appeal your offense. Permanent mutes are reserved for severe and/or repeated offenses that do not warrant a ban, and we will only hand these out at 100% certainty.

Q: I was talking in the server the server suddenly disappeared! What happened?
A: It's because you have been banned for breaking our Discord Server rules. Bans are usually permanent - you will have to follow the instructions regarding the appealing process in order to be allowed entry back into the server. Note that we can give you second chances like in the game, but not third ones.

Q: What are Threads on Discord?
A: Threads allow users to talk about a certain topic without disrupting the main channels. For example, you can talk about a game you like in #off_topic under its specific thread! Be wary that threads are subject to the Game & Forum Rules as well, so if you are caught breaking the rules by opening and/or participating in threads that do not conform with the rules, you might be punished for it. Do not open threads that have nothing to do with the main channel, such as trying to open a cooking thread in #looking_for_group.

 

In-game Questions

Q: I'm stuck under a block! Can you help me?
A: Unfortunately, nobody can help you get out of being stuck. To get out, do /kill with at least 6 Soul Points (in order to avoid significant item losses), or if you are able to use items, use a Teleportation Scroll of any kind. Glitch abuse to get out of being stuck is not allowed, and you can be punished for breaking the rules.
Addendum: If you're a Hardcore player (see below), doing /kill will not remove your Hardcore conduct. You will still lose a lot of items, however.

Q: I found a bug in the game, where do I report it?
A: You can report all bugs you encounter in the game to the Bug Reports section in our forums, which can be found here. Be wary that not reporting exploitable bugs (as in, it can be exploited to generate immense amounts of wealth or a very significant advantage over other players) will result in a ban from the game for bug abuse.

Q: What should I do if I'm somewhere that I'm not supposed to be in?
A: Immediately /kill out of there or use a TP scroll, as exploring off-map is against the rules. This includes going to places where you're not supposed to be.

Q: What mods are allowed in Wynncraft?
A: The mods that are allowed in Wynncraft must adhere to the following rules:

• For minimaps, they cannot contain cave vision or entity radars. Waypoints are fine.
• For cosmetic mods, they cannot alter gameplay in any shape or form.
• Mods that provide significant in-game advantages are not allowed. Significant advantages include x-ray, free camera that allows off-map exploration (Replay Mod is legal as long as it is not used to go out of bounds), hacked clients and mods that severely alter aspects of Wynncraft's gameplay past quality of life and provide unfair advantages.

Q: What does /toggle do?
A: /toggle allows you to toggle certain aspects of gameplay to your liking. Think of it as the Settings screen of any game. You can find the full information about /toggle on the Wiki here.

Q: I dropped a valuable item into the fire by accident! Can I get it back?
A: No. We cannot refund any lost items for any reason, even if it was due to a bug. Wynncraft operates on a "no refunds" policy, and as such your items, no matter how you lost them, will not be refunded. To avoid accidental item losses like this in the future, it is highly suggested to /itemlock your items. While holding an item in your hotbar, you can use the aforementioned command to prevent the item from being dropped or traded.

Q: What are challenge modes (Hardcore, Ironman etc.)?
A: Challenge modes (a.k.a. Special game modes) are self-imposed challenges for players to test their mettle with a particular aspect of the gameplay permanently restricted or altered for the class it has been enabled on. The following challenges are available as of 1.20.4:

• Hardcore Mode: Hardcore Mode is otherwise identical to normal gameplay with one major change - if you die, you lose a majority of your items and permanently lose your Hardcore status. Requires Combat Level 30+ on any class to unlock.
• Ironman Mode: Ironman Mode restricts the gameplay to single player in terms of player interactions - you cannot receive trades from other players or use Trade Market, but you can still use Character Banks. To compensate, your Ingredient Pouch will now hold every item instead of just ingredients. Requires Combat Level 50+ on any class to unlock.
  • Ultimate Ironman Mode: A subset of Ironman Mode that further restricts you to just the items you have in your inventory plus the pouch - Character Bank access is restricted for Ultimate Ironmen.
• Craftsman Mode: Craftsman Mode restricts the gameplay to Crafted items only. You cannot use any non-crafted item, with the exception of necessary Quest items. Requires Combat Level 50+ to unlock.
• Hunted Mode: Hunted Mode enables PvP for the class it has been selected on, which means other players with Hunted Mode enabled can attack you (and you can likewise attack them). Hunted Mode can be toggled on any class even after they have been created, which requires completing A Hunter's Calling - also unlocking the ability to permanently toggle the mode for any class during creation. In order to toggle Hunted Mode on, you need to Shift-Right Click while holding your Soul Points counter in your main hand. Note that classes created with the Hunted Mode enabled cannot toggle the class.

You can combine all special game modes! It is possible to have more than one Challenge Mode selected, though it's not recommended for the faint of heart to combine all of them at the same time.

Q: I lost my Hardcore status due to a bug! Can I get it back?
A: While it is possible, it must genuinely (and verifiably) be caused by a bug in Wynncraft. This is an extremely rare occurrence and we will most often not reinstate players with a "deceased" Hardcore class.

Q: What does the word "Rare", "Legendary" etc. mean on the bottom of the item's stats?
A: That is the item's rarity. Items in Wynncraft fall under 8 rarities, in escalating order of how rare an item is (with the exceptions of Set and Crafted): Normal, Unique, Rare, Legendary, Fabled, Mythic.
Set items are non-standard and have a similar drop rate as Rare items, while Crafted items may only be obtained from actually crafting them through the Professions system.

Q: What are Identifications?
A: Identifications, or IDs, are stats attached to an item that is Unique or better that not just define an item, but also convey bonuses or penalties associated to them. In a nutshell, an Identification gives its associated stat a boost or penalty, has a set range not including skill boosts/penalties, and usually defines an item’s playstyle.

Q: What are Major IDs?
A: Major IDs are significant buffs only available on items of Legendary rarity or higher that completely alter an aspect of gameplay. These IDs usually explain what they do in detail, and show up in an item with cyan text. For example, +Greed: Picking up an Emerald heals you and nearby allies for 15% of your maximum health. All Major IDs can be found in detail in UWynn.

Q: What do stars mean in an item's ID?
A: Stars next to an item's identification means you have rolled an upper identification value. A single star means the item's ID value is rather high, but not excellent. Two stars means the item's ID value is very high and is almost perfect. Three stars means you have rolled the highest possible value for that ID. Do note that sometimes certain ID ranges are so small that you may end up getting the highest possible roll even though the ID has 1-2 stars next to it.

Spoiler: Technical Information

IDs with ranges have values that are 30-130% of that item's base ID value. For example, a 100% base Loot Bonus item would have its ID range from 30% to 130%. Stars represent how close to the 130% roll the item is, but sometimes the range is too small to make a discernible difference.

Q: What are Professions?
A: Professions are a gameplay mechanic that allows players to create items on their own, using Materials they gather from various skilling nodes, and Ingredients they obtain from killing mobs, looting chests and sometimes completing Quests. Professions are split into two categories: Gathering and Crafting. All professions, regardless of type, max out at Level 132.

Q: What are Gathering Professions?
A: Gathering Professions are skills that allow a player to gather Materials in order to form the base of all craftable items. A total of 12 tiers of Materials exist, alongside their respective Tool tiers, ranging from Level 1 for Oak/Copper/Gudgeon/Wheat to Level 110 for Dernic materials. Tools range from Level 1 for T1 to Level 105 for T12 - Level 1 and 5 tools (T1 & T2) can be obtained from Tool Merchants, while the rest - starting with Level 15 tools (T3) - can be obtained from Dungeon Merchants.

Q: What are Crafting Professions?
A: Crafting Professions are skills that allow a player to craft items from the Materials and Ingredients they have gathered from around the world of Wynncraft. Each item requires two types of Materials, and optionally up to 6 Ingredients, to craft. Crafting may only be performed in Crafting Stations located in most major towns and in Housing. Type and number of materials used scale with that Profession's level, from Oak for Level 1-9, to Dernic for Level 103-105. Note that each tier of material corresponds to 10 levels of craftable items, with the exception of Sky and Dernic tiers, which correspond to Levels 100-103 and 103-105 respectively.

Q: What are Crafted items?
A: Crafted items are exactly what it says on the tin - items crafted by players through the Professions system. Unlike existing items, Crafted items are bespoke, have a durability stat, and can have any identification you want, as long as you use the right ingredients to craft one.

Q: What are Bombs?
A: Bombs are Store items obtained by supporting Wynncraft. Each bomb has a unique benefit, and gives the entire world a 10-20 minute buff, or immediate items in the case of Item and Ingredient bombs. This is a list of what each bomb does and the duration of their buffs:

• Combat XP Bomb: When used, the entire server will gain double Combat XP. Stacks additively with Double XP Weekend and Discord Link bonus, among other bonuses. Lasts 20 minutes.
• Loot Bomb: When used, the entire server will gain double loot. All gained loot will be multiplied while the buff is active - for example, you will receive 2 of the same item instead of just one. Lasts 20 minutes.
• Item Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will receive 2 free items. The effect is instant.
• Scroll Charge Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will receive 2 Scroll Charges. The effect is instant, and has no effect if your Soul Points are maxed out.
• Dungeon Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will be able to enter Dungeons without the need for a Dungeon Key. Lasts 10 minutes.
• Profession XP Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will gain double Profession XP, which means both Gathering and Crafting XP will be doubled. Stacks with Double XP Weekend and Discord Link bonus, among other bonuses. Lasts 20 minutes.
• Profession Speed Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will perform Professions twice as fast. Gathering items will be twice as fast, items will be crafted twice as fast, nodes respawn twice as fast and half as much materials (not ingredients) are consumed when making crafted items. Lasts 10 minutes.
• Ingredient Bomb: When used, everyone in the server will receive 2 random Materials and 6 random Ingredients based on their profession levels. The effect is instant.
• Shout Bomb: When used, you will broadcast a message to the entire network. The effect is instant. Be wary that Game & Forum Rules apply when using shouts.
• Party Bomb: Use this to create an instant party! Fireworks will go off, a unique music will play, and you will be able to throw snowballs by clicking. Lasts a short amount of time.
• Disguise Bomb: Use this to disguise all nearby players into a random disguisable mob. Takes effect 5 seconds after being thrown, and lasts a short amount of time.

Q: Can I not use the Resource Pack?
A: The Resource Pack is semi-mandatory in that you can play without it, but you won't be able to understand anything gameplay wise. For example most textures in the game will look like pickaxes.

Q: Can I download the Resource Pack as a standalone?
A: There's nothing stopping you from downloading the Wynnpack as a standalone pack, although due to the frequency of the pack's updates it is better to instead enable Server Resource Packs. You can convert the Server Resource Pack into a standalone pack, and then use it as a local Resource Pack.

Q: I don't like the in-game music, how can I turn it off?
A: You can toggle the in-game music off by typing /toggle music command in the chat. This will cause the music to no longer play in Wynncraft. Alternatively, if you don't like the sound of note blocks altogether, you can lower the volume of Jukebox/Note Blocks in the sound options menu of Minecraft to 0%.

Q: What are Guilds?
A: Guilds are players with a common goal or interest banded together to form a community of their own, hosting their own events, participating in guild wars, and many other things. In order to join a guild, you can browse from a list of guilds looking for new members in the Guilds section of our forums, and apply to the guild you think you belong to the most!

Q: What are Guild Wars?
A: This section is pending a rewrite, check back soon!

Q: What are Dungeons?
A: Dungeons are PvE challenges that can be entered with their corresponding keys. Dungeons offer a variety of challenges to overcome, and require a degree of skill, both individual and team, to complete. There are, as of 1.20.4, 17 Dungeons in the game:

• Decrepit Sewers (+Corrupted)
• Infested Pit (+Corrupted)
• Lost Sanctuary (+Corrupted)
• Underworld Crypt (+Corrupted)
• Sand-Swept Tomb (+Corrupted)
• Ice Barrows (+Corrupted)
• Undergrowth Ruins (+Corrupted)
• Galleon's Graveyard (+Corrupted)
  
• Fallen Factory
• Eldritch Outlook

All Corrupted Dungeons can be found in The Forgery, and scale with the player's level.

Q: Is Wynncraft's world complete?
A: No, it isn't. Wynncraft is ever developing and ever evolving, and every major update brings with it something brand new to the table.

Q: What are Quests?
A: Quests allow you to pursue missions in which you help NPCs around the world, but also explore certain mysteries and get to the bottom of them. After completing their task the player receives rewards, such as emeralds, experience points, items, access to new areas, dungeons, and even raids.

Q: I need help with a Quest!
A: You can find all the information about Quests on the Wiki. More specific questions where the Wiki might not be able to help, such as commonly encountered problems, can be found in UWynn, a website made by SayaDuck.

Q: The network is down/The servers are crashing!
A: First of all, don't panic. Report the issue to a Staff member immediately. The development team will start working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. Checking the official Wynncraft Twitter page is a good way to stay updated and to know when the servers are back.

Q: I just returned to Wynncraft after a long break, what has changed?
A: oculism has made a helpful thread detailing what has changed up until 1.19.x (The Silent Expanse Update) since you last logged in before taking a long break.

Q: What are Soul Points?
A: Soul Points have been removed from the game. They used to represent the numbers of "lives" your character had. Each time you died (including /kill), you would lose 2 Soul Points. Using a (Town) Teleport Scroll would take 1 Soul Point from you. Every time you died and you lost Soul Points, the percentage of you dropping items had increased. You could find the current percentage of dropping items that you have if you open your inventory and check the soul points' "description". You would get a Soul Point every Minecraft day, with a chance to obtain 2, depending on whether or not you had a positive Soul Point Regen stat (chance based - for example, if you had 25% Soul Point Regen, you had a 25% chance to gain 2 Soul Points for that cycle instead). You couldn't regenerate less than 1 Soul Point per cycle, even if your Soul Point Regen ID went to negatives. You could have a maximum of 10 Soul Points at a time, increased by 1 for every 15 Combat Levels, up to Lv. 75 where you could have up to 15 Soul Points.

Q: When does the Daily Chest/Crate reset?
A: The Daily Chest resets exactly 24 hours after you claim it. For example, if you claimed the Daily Chest at 4:12 PM UTC Wednesday, you can claim it again exactly 24 hours after it was claimed at 4:12 PM UTC Thursday.
The Daily Crate from ranks reset at 8:00 EST, every day.

Q: Can I keep Pre-Gavel Items/Discontinued items (e.g. Skeleton Key)?
A: Yes, you can keep them as souvenirs. Discontinued items in particular are also tradeable. However:

1. The listing price of the item cannot exceed the price of its analogue (i.e. you cannot sell for example a Skeleton Key for more than its counterpart, Decrepit Sewers Key). This doesn't mean the buyer cannot offer more.
2. Items with non-standard appearances like Pre-Gavel items and broken ID items (items with purple text as lore rather than how IDs normally appear) can be kept, but not traded anywhere.
3. Vanilla items, UI items (such as the item identifier checkmark) and duped/illegally obtained items are all not allowed to keep or trade, and must be thrown out immediately. In addition, any duped/illegally acquired items must be reported to the Staff Team.

Q: Do Loot Bonus and Loot Quality affect chests?
A: They both affect Loot Chests, however due to the amount of loot they can give compared to grinding mobs, there is a soft cap on both stats' effectiveness on chests and chests only.
Addendum: Loot Bonus and Loot Quality do not affect the Reward Chests from The Forgery and Lootrunning.

Q: How many classes does Wynncraft have, what are they and what's the difference between them?
A: Wynncraft has 5 playable classes: Warrior, Archer, Mage, Assassin and Shaman.

Q: What are "re-skinned" classes?
A: Re-skinned classes are exactly what it says on the tin - classes that have been cosmetically (but not fundamentally) altered. VIP, VIP+, HERO and CHAMPION all have access to re-skinned classes; the amount of re-skins they have access to increases with the rank's tier (for example, VIP has access to Knight and Hunter, VIP+ has access to Dark Wizard and Ninja, HERO has access to Skyseer), cumulative.

Q: What are Raids?
A: Raids are group encounters designed for anywhere from 3 to 6 players depending on the raid. These encounters are split into three challenges and a very tough boss battle, so bring your best gear! In order to enter a raid, the players must be in a party and the party leader must be holding the runes required to enter. There are, as of 1.20.4, three raids in the game:

• Nest of the Grootslang (Lv. 60-105) (Quest Req: The Worm Holes)
• Orphion's Nexus of Light (Lv. 80-105) (Quest Req: The Realm of Light)
• The Canyon Colossus (Lv. 95-105) (Quest Req: The Breaking Point - Ancient Dogun Crystal can be used to unlock this raid on multiple classes!)
  
• The Nameless Anomaly (Lv. 101-105) (Quest Req: A Journey Further)

Q: What are Runes?
A: Runes are used to enter Raids, reforge Broken Corrupted Dungeon keys at the Forgery, or used as currency to exchange at the Corkus Powder Exchange for specific elemental Powders of Tier IV (or greater) into their correspondingly tiered Blank Powders, which can then be used to acquire a Powder of the player's choice. Currently, there are four runes in the game:

• Az: Obtained by completing the "Catch the Az rune!" minigame, which spawns around Lv. 50-60 areas. 6 are awarded from the quest Realm of Light I: The Worm Holes.
  
• Nii: Obtained by slaying Nii Guardians, which spawn around Lv. 70-80 areas.
  
• Uth: Obtained by defeating an Uth altar, which requires a sacrifice of Golden Avia Feather to activate. Uth altars are found in Aldorei Town in Gavel and Avos Village in Corkus.
• Tol: Obtained by trading Nii or Uth runes at a Tol altar. Tol altars are found in Sky Islands in Gavel, and in the Olmic Cathedral in Silent Expanse. Note that Sky Islands altar has worse exchange rates.

There is also a fifth rune called Ek, which is unused and only mentioned in lore. All of the aforementioned runes (except Ek) are also available through World Events and Lootrunning.

Q: What's the complete story of Wynncraft?
A: Wynncraft's story is so expansive that it's a bit difficult to explain in this thread. You can browse the Wynncraft Wiki to get a general understanding of the game's story.

Q: Why do different mobs have different colored name tags?
A: The color of name tags indicate the type of the mob.

• Green: Passive mob, will not fight back if you hit them, or run away. (e.g. Chicken)
• Yellow: Neutral mob, will fight back if you or another mob hits them. (e.g. Rymek Citizen)
• Red: Hostile mob, will attack you on sight. (e.g. Zombie)
• Cyan: Guard or follower mob, some of them will follow you while some of them will guard a certain location; aggressive against hostile and neutral mobs. (e.g. Detlas Guard)

Q: What does Loot Bonus do on mobs?
A: Loot Bonus makes it more likely for an item to drop from mobs, or increases their quantity. For example, with a significant amount of Loot Bonus, you are more likely to receive an unidentified item drop than with less Loot Bonus.

Q: What are Boss Altars?
A: Boss Altars are group or solo challenges that consist only of a boss, and in some cases its minions alongside them. They reward the player with exclusive items that cannot be obtained anywhere else, alongside a generous Emerald reward. Altars require a specific tribute, which is obtained from nearby creatures that drop them.

Q: My bank has vanished! What happened?
A: Your bank is safe - Wynncraft now has both an Account Storage and a Character Storage option in your bank. Toggle between the two by clicking on the striped chest. Gold stripe means you're in the Character Storage, diamond stripe means you're in the Account Storage.

Those exist only for low level players to see the order of their clicks. Starting at Level 12, this indicator will be moved to near the health bar.

 

Your best bet is to look for them in Loot Chests, T3 or above.

Minecraft limitations. You cannot issue more than one left click command per button press (i.e. holding down Left Mouse only registers one input, not a string of them at 5 IPS like Use (Right Mouse by default)).

Macros for the express purpose of automating left clicks ONLY (a la Turbo controllers, which autofire the same input for as long as it is held down) is allowed, see Game & Forum Rules for more info on Macros.
