    There have been many threads about this, but i have 3 main ideas:

    1. Each class gets a certain amount of guaranteed t3 upon unlocking a new material. This would be enough to cover new armour for playing Craftsman and wouldn't effect the amount of items that drastically.

    2. Mini quests reward t3 ings. This goes hand in hand with the idea of exchanging lower tiered for higher.

    3. Add a stacking system similar to the Forgery mythic system. Every successful gather without getting a t3 increases your chance of getting one by 0.01

    Please fucking remove fail chance already I hate it so fucking much ong.

    or we could add them to raid reward pools.... that would be cool i think..... right.......

    Ah, you see, have you ever tried grinding for specific mats from raids? Didn't think so. It takes usually 10-15 raids to get your desired material. And while it may be faster than spending 2 hours grinding for 8 t3 diamonds, it's also significantly more dangerous, impossible at level, laggy as hell, and costs you. It's more worth it to grind.

    Plus, this thread is about reliable ways of obtaining t3 mats; not possible ways

    You're right we should bring back the T3 dern mats to TNA and have the rest be dropped in dungeons!

    pity would be 100% the best way to get reliable drops
    my last hic run (assassin) i went through mining 90-100 only getting 12 t3 ingots (scream_cat) when i easily shouldve gotten over 20
    ive gone through 6 stacks of dernic without a single t3

    therefore the pity rate should look like this
    base rates:
    t1: 89%
    t2: 10%
    t3: 1%

    you are always guaranteed to get a t2 drop inbetween at most 10 nodes of each other

    new pity rates:
    nodes 1-90 without a t3: same as base rates, t1 89%, t2 10%, t3 1%
    node 91: t1 85%, t2 10%, t3 5%
    node 92: t1 81%, t2 10%, t3 9%
    node 93: t1 77%, t2 10%, t3 13%
    node 94: t1 73%, t2 10%, t3 17%
    node 95: t1 69%, t2 10%, t3 21%
    pattern continues...
    node 111: t1 5%, t2 10%, t3 85%
    node 112: t1 1%, t2 10%, t3 89%
    node 113: t1 1%, t2 6%, t3 93%
    node 114: t1 1%, t2 2%, t3 97%
    if you go 115 nodes without a t3, the 115th node is guaranteed to be a t3 and the pity resets

    this would save a lot of headache from being hundreds of nodes dry please add this

    wish i saved my recording of going insane for over an hour trying to get a single dernic t3 that i needed but going over 1500 t1s without getting any

    1 and 2 doesnt sound bad, it will actually incentivize players to level up profs on multiple classes

    Quick simulation involving 10 million successful refines yields this to be:
    • 1 T3 every 61.8 refines average
    • 1.62% of all refines are T3
    Currently, T3 is at 1%, with 1 T3 every 100 refines.
