One of my favorite things to do in Wynncraft is randomly explore the world, even when doing so can have no in-game reward. I love just grappling hooking around the edges of the map, within the trees of the forests, etc. However, barrier blocks sometimes get in the way of my exploration, and I feel like some of them should be removed.

First of all, this is not asking to remove all barrier blocks. There are many which make sense to keep such as those on the edges of the map, or those separating lower and higher-leveled areas (such as the mesa and the Silent Expanse). However, there are two ones I don't like.

    1. The mountains between the Almuj desert and the Ocean have barriers between them. While it makes sense for the barriers to be there before the ocean was expanded, the barriers on the top of the mountains do not block any significant areas. By the time you get to the Almuj desert, you should have perfect capability to go to the oceanic areas on the other side of those mountains.

    2. To my current knowledge, you cannot climb to the top of Mt. Wynn without hitting barrier blocks. Mt. Wynn has no reason as to why the top of it should be blocked off. In fact, I believe that there should be a basic loot chest there solely to reward players for exploration. Exploration of the map is a major part of what keeps new players playing, and blocking off areas such as the top of Mt. Wynn can deter players from exploring other out of the way areas.

There are also some barriers where it could be argued that they shouldn't be removed, such as those above the mountainous shores of Gavel. For those, one could argue that it makes it so that players can only go where they are ready to go to, but on the other it does limit a bit of exploration, and the resources possibly achieved there wouldn't be able to be used for a good amount of time. There are also barriers preventing players from climbing up the Tower of Ascension. Those should stay because they are funny.

Edit: There are most likely other random barriers without reason to be there, however the map is large and I can't possibly find all of them. If there are others you feel should be removed, feel free to put it down.

TL;DR: Remove barriers above the Almuj Mountains and Mt. Wynn.

Mt. Wynn has barriers bc there’s a grind spot at the base of it where players can cheese by standing on top of Mt. Wynn FYI

It's actually comical that people think this is a valid point.
You can get to corkus at level 4. A level 80 area. At level 4. Why can't the level 105 player fly into the level 90 area??
As for the ToA barriers, I will murder them brutally. If for some strange reason I'm made a builder I am tearing out every single one of those barriers by hand just so I can get a selfie on top of the gigantic spire of death. You can climb on top of Qira Hive, give me my tower of ascension photo to complete my collection!
