Weird item

    So I have this weird chestpate and I'm just wondering what it is and why the stats are shown the way they are.


    This is what the chesplate looks like with the correct colors and everything.

    Montéfioré
    Def: 65
    Lv. min: 64
    Rare Item
    XP Bonus: +13.0%
    Spell Dam: +14%
    Life Steal: 0.4
    Health Regen: 1.0
    Loot Bonus 13.0

    Does the item still work and if it doesn't why would it be illegal to sell it? Or by selling do you mean RMT?
