Game Mechanics Preventing inventory clutter (Semi-effort)

    When playing on Wynncraft, you get a lot of drops, and most of the time these drops make no sence.
    I am talking about trash "Old Spuce Relik" type items you get in absurd amounts for no reason and are definitely not going to use unless you are under level 10 and have nothing else; unintendenified uniques; etc. Even if you throw them out, they come back for you to throw them out again. I know a few simple enough ways to fix the inventory cluttering with them.
    1. Remove the trash items (normal rarity, i'm not talking about uniques and up here) or change them to something.
    Seriously, why have them? IT IS healthy for the game to have low-level mobs drop such stuff, as i said, low-level players may not have anything else. But why must all other mobs in high-levelled locations drop trash items nobody will ever use? Sure you can sell them to blacksmith or scrap them, but if you don't want to do that, ohh... you don't want to bother to do that? Who cares!

    If Blacksmith is the reason these items exist, better directly replace them with emeralds and/or scrap in loot tables.

    This is a very global and breaking change to be made, and i doubt there is a 1% chance it will be, but the following points are more realistic.

    2. Decrease item despawn rate.
    It's the simpliest point in the thread.
    The item despawn rate is the same as in normal Minecraft today, but when there is a lot of drops, it's reasonable to lower the time before drops despawn. 2 minutes is much more than enough to pick up the items you need and leave the items you don't need. That said, the items you left to lie on the ground will despawn faster (=less "mines" for you to dodge). And yeah, it's possible to not decrease it for specific items or specific situations, basically it better only be decreased for mob drops. That would also be an optimization of some sort.

    3. Interaction to pick up items.
    I already made a thread about this specific point, it didn't receive much positive feedback, but here it is anyway.
    Add an option to only pick up items you click or something. Minecraft's normal pickup system goes well with the base game, but not with wynncraft where there are tons of loot you don't need lying around.
    To everyone complaining:
    - This can be done entirely server-side
    - This would be toggleable and off by default


    4. This is a bit offtopic, but make sure emeralds always can automatically go in and out of pouches.
    This is annoying when merchants you sell to (especially Treasure merchant) and loot chests and potentially more stuff I forgot about don't put emeralds straight into your pouch.
    This is also annoying when some NPC doesn't take/see your emeralds unless you manually take them out of the pouch.

    There ALREADY is a toggle for auto pouch pickup

    low level mobs dropping uniques and rares/commons is a very easy way to get free scrap

    I don't see a problem with the rest of the post except for longer despawn time might cause problems for hunted dropping or some shit? but hunted is already broken beyond saving

    I still do think this is a solution to a problem that barely exists tho

    1. remove trash items
    no, trash items are kinda there to take up inventory space as a way of imitating how much you can collect, its also a good way to add variaty to the game even tho the end reasult is very bland, overall from a convience aspects yes i would love for junk items to just give their equivalent emerald value but it would make the game worse overall as wynn is meant to be a world you inhabit and irl do most people just leave money by the side of the road? but they often leave junk there, that even irl can often be sold for money
    2. Decrease item despawn rate.
    again not really in the hard difficultys modes / when low on soul points 5 mins is a good amount of time to get back to where you died to pick up stuff so while i would support it for mob drops, its a defo no for player drops
    3. Interaction to pick up items.
    hell no, it can be so hard to interact with things (NPC's, the treasure hunt boxs, loot boxs ect) so many items in wynncraft, to have to manually do it to pick up ever item would drive me insane (if i ain't already)

    yes and i would also add a pouch piority thing or at least always use the highest level pouch

    Ok to state my point here. You stated the WHOLLE reason for all this complicated game changing changes is just to make you not feel uncomfortable... really? Like if you are grinding mobs you dont need any inventory space just throw them out at the end. easy.
