New weapon idea!!!

I have a custom weapon that would be cool to add in. Tell me if it’s OP or not. Without further ado, the Thunder Lily:


(Imagine the blur but with bolts of lightning flickering around it. Yeah, it’s cool)

 

clusterfuck of IDs but its neat. No idea if its balanced or not - I'm not so keen on the mathematical side of class building so much as playstyles.

I am a sucker for Blur this thing looks super cool for fast melee/hybrid ETWA

EDIT: I just saw the 4 life steal and skill point requirements wtf

 

It’s broken. Literally has no downsides or gimmicks and barely any sp reqs of 30 in total.

Wait it actually has none bc the weapon gives you the sp you need.

that is so fucking busted almost 100% in each element free mana sustain
basically your average assassin build but slapped onto a very low cost weapon

Maybe if this had -100 def -100 agi -5000 hp this would be ok, but,, not like this.

Nice attempt, but this needs to be toned down quite a bit.

For starters, the requirements need to be at least 5x the amount they are now, and the damage needs to be almost halved

loot quality definitely needs to go too, that is a very powerful and sensitive id.

It’s an interesting concept of an item though :D

 

Wtf. Even by itself this is OP. I'd suggest -2k hp and a slow attack speed. This is gonna be a cracked weapon with rainbow builds

 

So, is every weapon with the name "Lily" just going to be OP?
But anyways, beside the giant amount of IDs along with being Super Fast and over 75% Damage for all Elemental Types, I can't really understand what this weapon really wants to be? Like, the Sprint and Loot Bonuses % implies that it's supposed to be like Discoverer, for Lootrunning. The super high damage makes it look like it's a very powerful weapon. The Super Fast Mana Steal without negative modifiers makes it look like a recharge Mana weapon. However, it tries to do too much at once, with no downsides. That's big issue, it's trying to do too much at once without the drawbacks.
