these are not viable anymore due to vortexian event horizon nerfs, which aren't on wynndata yet

 

Well I am going to assume this is for something like a tierstack singularity build going by the stats.

Just as P0ke above said, the nerf has done some pretty decent damage to a build like the tierstack singularity.

The thing that kills it is the -24% main attack neutral damage since a build using it would go from this:

Do note that I did use the custom item generator to create the update crafted items and they might be off a little but they should be in that general area. Your best bet might be to use a build like this. I kinda threw this one together so there could be a slightly better option.
