Game Mechanics Seasonal events

I know it’s too late for this.
It would be cool if original seasonal events similar to bonfire would happen. Maybe a fall event or a spring event?

Spring event: Radiant blossom
Like bonfire, a crate with cosmetics will be given. These cosmetics are Flower and Realm of light themed. Some ideas are:
-flower pot hat
- light monolith weapon skins, similar to the monoliths found in realm of light
- baby Ophion pet
- Flower mask
- Ophion antlers (that emit end rod particles) as a hat
- Dullahan’s head pet
- Light weapon skins (maybe white with rainbow gems and a noble shape)
- light prism particle effect (small white prisms floating around the player
- A horse clock that makes the horse model change to ophion.
- The buff salted on ophion model salted posted on Twitter as a pet (that would just be funny)

Autumn/Halloween? Event: Rot-tumn
These cosmetics should be decay/corruption themed. Some ideas are:
- decayed weapon skins, similar to the regular
Models, but rotten/oxidized
-Autumn tree weapon skin
-eye mask
-baby decay parasite pet (cute!)
-decay particle effect (brown/black particles coming out of the player)
-Decay Parasite horse cloak
-attack effect that shoots dark tentacles
-corrupt particle effect (red particles around player)

The center of Detlas should change to fit the theme of the seasonal event.

Also I would like seasonal events to happen every year at the same time, but each time they give different cosmetics

Technically Dern was involved in the corruption. For example, Bak’al was corrupted when entering the portal, and now he’s an agent form dern

And btw, the items dont have to be related to lore and can be just darkness-themed

 

Not exactly.
He is not agent from Dern.
He is intelligent Corrupted that serves Dern Beast, but that is only individual.
Corruption is completely undependent on Darkness.

And yes, it is involved it, but only in a matter of creation - Corruption is created when Light and Darkness clash. But that is all.
