    Title says everything, let's go.

    BASH
    -Tectonics: Bash's two explosions are combined into one, larger explosion that spreads debris around, hurting other mobs.

    -Earthquake: Bash is replaced with an AoE rumble approximately 10 blocks radius around the player. Rumbles twice, each dealing the damage of Bash's normal explosions.

    CHARGE
    -Ironskin: While charging, the player is invincible. However, it deals no damage, and charge distance is reduced by 25%.

    - Rocket: Charge loses any upward mobility, but goes twice as fast completely horizontally. Final bash explosion deals 300% damage.

    BOMB ARROW
    -Aerial Bombard: The bomb arrow is replaced with a "Hunter's mark" arrow, which, when in contact with mobs, primes them for a bombardment of 5 bombs, each dealing 75% damage.

    METEOR
    -Meteor Shower: Creates a 10x10 radius around the target, sending down 20 small meteors that deal 100% damage over the course of 5 seconds.

    -Asteroid: Creates a massive meteor with a fall time of 2 seconds, dealing 1000% damage. Upon landing, the meteor launches debris all over the place, dealing 150% damage each.

    UPROOT
    -Detonate: When activated, the totem will blow itself up, creating a large explosion and dealing 1500% damage.

    SPIN ATTACK
    -Shurikens: Replaces spin attack, instead sending out a flurry of 4 shurikens in rapid succession that deal 50% damage each. Travels 20 blocks before disappearing.

    MULTIHIT
    -Serene Strikes: Replaces multihit with 4 hits that deal 75% damage each over 1.5 seconds.

    Ironskin seems a bit too OP, you could abuse it to ignore massive damage from the Eye (when failed to kill the wretch) or panic zealot

    Asteroid way too OP. A meteor takes one second. With Asteroid you're essentially doing the damage of 5 meteors in 1 second (10 in 2.), Not to mention the debris itself which does more damage than a normal meteor, If you want to incorporate that you there must be some kind of massive handicap or just maybe nerf it.
    Also Major IDs aren't supposed to change a spell entirely, The idea of new Major IDs is good (even though we've gotten a ton with 1.20) but some of the Major IDs you've listed are just way too OP to be added to the game, Setting that aside though, Tectonics seems like a cool Major ID.

    Meteor (ingame) already has a damage multiplier of 500%, 1000% is only double of that damage, assuming that OP meant them as damage multipliers, not multipliers of the spell, if that makes sense. The debris is probably a counterpart to burning ground, though it's not explained clearly and more could be told about the major ID. I'm personally not sure if it's balanced, but the damage numbers appear to match.

    This sounds a bit like a suggestion. Your thread was moved to General Suggestions.

    Half the suggestions seem OP, especially Ironskin and Detonate (and don't get me started on either of the Meteor MIDs). These need to be somewhat balanced to even be considered viable.

    major IDs are designed with the idea of being a balanced alternative to a regular spell, not something to completely overshadow the other spells

    that's not entirely true, roving assassin, peaceful effigy and entropy are almost always strict upgrades of the original spell

    IMO these IDs have awesome ideas but are a biit powerfull.

    id say a dmg reduction of 80%, this way it still gives the big dmg nerf that was asked BUT not invincible, imo the spear should be like collapse and have a ton of -% ele defences

    imo this is actually balanced since 1 a normal meteor takes 1 second and has a dmg multiplier of 500%. So this is 20 meteors so, 20 x 100% for the durration of 5s = 1 meteor x 500% for the durration of 1s so 20 meteors are equal to 4 normal meteors

    As much as I like the idea wayy to powerfull, try this
    Extincion event: Meteor takes 5 seconds to fall but hits instantly and does 1500% spell dmg on impact.
    Burning ground is the same since its good as is. this major ID is good for players who cast a CCI and then use the meteor for big dmg, trying to use it like a normal meteor will just have the mob move away from chasing you. So this promotes spell combos/teamwork (for like totem prison to cci)
    rlllllly cool but dmg is too strong. How abt
    Detonate: Upon casting uproot, the totem will explode for the total damage dealt over its 20 seconds, totem does not respawn.
    the weapon this is on should have -%4th spell cost but +2 to its first spell raw the explosion size should be roughly like fission's size

    I think a lot of people don't do the math in their heads. For Asteroid, it does twice of meteor's damage in twice its time, which is a completely balanced tradeoff. The only thing I would consider to be unbalanced about it is the debris. The debris also shoots about 5 rocks into the air in a predictable star-shaped trajectory. Each rock deals 150% damage.

    Detonate is actually a little underpowered, and here's why. It takes a considerable amount of time to recast totem, which means that the damage tradeoff has to be worth it. Also, since uproot doesn't reset the totem counter anymore, that effectively means you have to recast the totem every single time. Also, here's a little detail about detonating that I thought would be obvious. When it blows itself up, it destroys itself. The totem must be recast.

    I agree that Ironskin is a bit strong. I'd replace it with like 10 hearts of absorption every time charge is casted, which then go away after charge ends.

    I was expecting people to pitch in their own ideas for major ID's. Please do that if you can.

    Bomb Arrow Major IDs:
    Mine Arrow- replaces the bomb with an explosive charge that attaches itself to the ground and goes off after a 1 second delay, dealing increased (~125%) damage in a larger radius. You can have up to 2 charges out at any given moment.

    True Shot- the bomb arrow now travels in a straight line (no arc) at 200% speed, dealing reduced damage (~60%) within a smaller explosion radius.

    Kinetic Arrow- you no longer have a bomb arrow, it's instead replaced with a heavy projectile that deals massive damage (~150%) to a single target, also knocking them back a significant distance.
