Cherry bombs L?

    So recently I was interested in using blossom haze for cherry bombs for a fun viable playstyle. However i feel like cherry bombs or blossom haze is just bad. alot of times when i asked for a build i was ignored or turned down because "its a bad weapon". IMO if its bad enough to be rejected by builders it shouldn't be in game, however what makes it bad? i dont think the weapon directly, but more of the ID that it uses. At a normal smokebomb standard, SB does abt 35k dmg over the course of 5ish seconds. This means 7k dmg per second. Not bad for a foruth spell (aoe). however cherry bombs makes each individual bomb do 110% dmg per bomb exploding instantly on hit. Its sounds awesome but when used is really underpowered. the bombs only do 10k with each bomb being around 6-7k(depend on dmg rolls). I feel like this is just....sad. Im not sure if 1. the build i did get (my own) is hot garbage, 2. the ID just needs a buff, or 3. Blossom haze is just a bad weapon and pulls down the major ID.

    I feel like Blossom haze should get increased dmg to help for a targeted 20k total dmg (per 3 bombs) like normal at lvl builds, or the major ID should be increased in its % dmg to get the bombs too 20k per spell.

    Now imo 20k isnt op as mage and archer both do 20k dmg with other builds (id the nothing or my cluster build), and the other classes can stay at a range like how blossom haze is used.

    Another thing i want to mention, i feel like smokebombs for cherry bombs should b tighter when shot, since they spread so far right now its hard to get precise dmg from a distance. Because of this it forces u to be close ranged, which in that case why not just use spin and multi spell builds

    honestly, this weapon was good on the hero beta but its just overshadowed by trickpockets now. if you wanna build cherry bomb do it with weathered grim or nirvana

    yea ive seen some awesome grim and weathered builds using trick pockets, however i didnt know nirvana had one. Still sad nothing is being done abt it since players who cant get mythics can really enjoy the ID

    i personally use nirvana trickpocket, its actually a lot better than you think because you can just spam the shit out of bomb and be fine on mana

    skill points 5 over because of tomes, the avg smokes with my 2 fabled dmg tomes is about 33k, and i can throw out about 3 of these per cycle

    Keep in mind you're using Mythics here, and Mythics are meant to be more powerful than fableds/legendaries and rarities below. The Exploited + Trickpockets is probably better than Bhaze but you can (somewhat?) argue The Exploited's -4th cost wasn't really balanced around Trickpockets.

    Also if Blossom Haze ever had to be buffed, I would assume it would be a problem with the weapon. In the "normal" Assassin combo, you could substitute Spin Attack for Cherry Bombs, and Cherry Bombs also allows you to play a pretty defensive combo if you want (basically Vanish + Smoke Bomb cycle, where the only time you're not in vanish is when you activate SB or meleeing for Mana Steal) which allows you to go pretty glassy and still be hard to kill because of how little you get hit. It's definitely an asset relative to Spin Attack if you adjust.

    If the point for Bhaze being underpowered is bomb split, then I guess I can understand it to an extent, but if you're playing the defensive combo of SB + Vanish only, I think you can semi-consistently hit like 3 bombs as long if you are like 4-6 blocks away (which has been enough for me to not get hit much at all). If you play more offensive though, then it's not really much of a problem if any, because you're anyway forced to be close ranged and chances are you'll hit all 3 smoke bombs, and I also don't really see how Cherry Bombs only hits around 35k/5s damage though, if you have enough mana, you can do way more than 35k/5s damage.
