General Tradutores Voluntários

In general, my idea is to create a translation system for several languages for the missions, since not all players are fluent in English.
Certainly the language can be selected by the player in the lobby.
This system could be run by current employees or volunteers for translation, it is clear that they would be subjected to a test and selection.
In this way, it would bring to the server many new and lay members in English, that is, new customers, making it a good strategy in general.

Some people are already doing this iirc.
As for ingame, just search for languages in the general suggestions sections, its not gonna happen. Too much work and time spent to achieve that.

 

As ocel0tgirl said, there are already many suggestions, some of them having more details then you have provided here.

Which means that either the update would go out late (if done by CT) or the translations would be done late, after the big wave of players (if done by volunteers)

The only language I currently see reasonable for translation is Russian since like a good sixth of Wynn's playerbase is Russian right now. If the russian player influx continues it could be worth doing. However, languages like Portuguese and French are a little more obscure in the Wynn community and not worth it yet. However, the community has made some translations on the Wynncraft Wiki if you want to better understand a quest.
