World Idea For Realm Of Dern Questline

This is my idea for a Realm of Dern questline (RoD)
The first part of the questline will actually be AHC because the dude in front of the portal is definitely the gatekeeper. It also pretty much acts as a trial to make you evil, which Dern is.
Part 2: Into the Darkness
This part is you traversing the path between the portal and the Dern mainland. There will be parkour, fights, and puzzles throughout. The Dern Beast will also speak to you throughout. When you reach the end, there will be a gate, and the beast will mention Lari entering the place and says that she has been corrupted to fight on their side. He then says that if you defeat her he will allow you to enter the main part of Dern. When you defeat her, you get the "Lari's Remains" item and access to Dern. You will need the item in the next part of the quest.
Part 3: The Realm of Dern
In this part, you find a town that would look like a dark heliolux village. The townspeople are endermen and are passive. To start this quest, you need to show Lari's Remains to an enderman in the town called "???" He can speak your language and introduces himself as Oobnar. He revives lari, who becomes normal, and you find out that Oobnar is part of an organization in Dern who think that balance is weakening and want to kill their leader so balance is restored. Together, you, Lari, and Oobnar go to the Dernic Nexus where you realize the door to the nexus is locked. You then embark around Dern to find obelisks that represent the 5 elements and destroy them to unlock the door to the nexus. Lari then tells you that the Dern Beast is in the Nexus and you must get fellow soldiers to beat him up. The quest ends there.
The raid would be called the Dark Nova, where you find out that Bob has used his lifeforce to seal the Dern Beast. You have to complete multiple tasks to free his lifeforce and beat up the Dern Beast, despite Bob saying not to. This is required to do the next part. Also, the raid would only be accessable the same level you need to do part 4, as it would seriously mess things up.
Part 4: The Beginning of the End
Referencing the line of achievements you get from defeating the Wither and the Ender Dragon in vanilla Minecraft, this part of the quest happens after defeating the Dern Beast. He escapes and Bob, because he shouldn't be dead, reforms and appears before the player, telling him that the Dern Beast plans to destroy your realm. You, Bob, and Lari exit Dern and find themselves in the outskirts of Cinfras. They find that their world is crumbling. Dark creatures are everywhere and the people are fearing for their lives. You go to Cinfras to fight off the dark creatures and save the town. When it starts to look like your losing, Orphion's forces come in and defeat the creatures. Orphion at this point has finally built up his power and is ready to defeat the Dern Beast. The light creatures then go and fight the dark creatures in Gavel, and you and your friends go to Detlas. When you reach there, you see that the Detlas army is mounting their last Stand. Admiral Aegis and Tasim are leading the forces into battle until they notice you. You join the fight and save the town. With the darkness cleansed of both provinces, you find a dark cyclone in the middle of the ocean, where the Dern Beast is currently in. You gather all your friends: Ava, Maxie, Tasim, General Graken, and pretty much any fighter you helped in the past to return the favor and save their world. Since the cyclone is high in the air, the armies give you airships to ride into it. You have to shoot cannons on the way there to fend of dark creatures who are trying to stop you. When you get into the eye of the storm, your friends stand by you as you face off the Dern Beast one last time. When he is defeated, Orphion intercepts and calms the Dern Beast, going back to their realms in peace. Your world is finally saved, and you are given an end.
Rewards:
An entire stack of le (you deserve it, you just beat up a god)
xp
The god warrior set (basically a very op armor and accessory set that gives stuff in everything, and like I said, you deserve it for beating up a god. Does not have skill reqs.)
token shards
the token shards can be brought into RoL, where you can combine them at an altar for a Token of the Gods. It can then be brought into the Dern town and shown to Oobnar, or to Lari who resides in RoL. Giving it to Oobnar will give you weapons that are super offensive, while giving it to Lari will give you weapons that are super defensive. They can be sacrificed to the altar incase you didn't want it. The Oobnar weapons would just be called the Sword/Spear/Staff/Bow/Relik of Dern, while the Lari weapons would be called the Sword/Spear/Staff/Bow/Relik of Light. Both are rainbow weapons but don't have skill reqs, and just give different stats. This might sound op, but like I said, you just beat up a god.
If there is any lore inaccuracies please tell me.

 

I mean, not really. AHC is just to show you what would happen if you were evil instead of good

Gotta say that Lari's remains is way too violent of a concept for a final item. I suppose it's not out of question though since you literally pick up Lucio and Elphaba's bloodied body parts and use them to attract the worm to save Aledar.
Anyway, I don't see this happening since Orphion seems to imply that Lari is still alive and well. I think Lari will be found in Dern, but she'll help us traverse it instead of trying to stop us.

Seems a little lame that Lari would just be revived so easily. Anyway, there don't need to be dark heliolux anymore since Oculism confirmed that Heliolux are no longer canon.

Seems a little too... dramatic..
The way I see it, the ending of the main storyline will be a cutscene after beating the dern beast in a raid/dungeon/quest boss
Also, where the hell was Bak'al in all of this? Bak'al isn't dead, you know..

About about we fight him but rather killing him, Bak'al flees.
This could open a potential questline for the Corruption...

Dern is not "evil".

As the Guardian of the forest says,

• Guardian of The Forest: Dark and Light... They oppose. They clash. They create a cloying pox. But, allow me to ask.
• Guardian of The Forest: Is the axe evil for chopping the tree? Is the wood evil for resisting the metal?
• Guardian of The Forest: Are the flames evil for burning up the leaves? Is the water evil for dousing the fire?
• Guardian of The Forest: Is a victim evil for striking back against those that have struck them?
• Guardian of The Forest: And most importantly... Are any of these things light, or dark?
• Guardian of The Forest: What connection does a primordial force have with the moral leanings of mortals- or even immortals?

Darkness is not evil. It is only its effects that we perceive as "evil" from our perspective.

but haha wouldn't an "end" mean that dern wins nonetheless

 

I love the finale, but I always imagined the dern quests to be a whole lot deeper, for example when you try to exit happier lutho in PONR. I think at least the first quest should make you feel as if your soul is slowly leaving your body and driving you insane, making you weaker and slower as you go. I think that could be a really cool quest.

 

Maybe we'll get to escort her in a cart through the Realm of Dern. Yay!

like this feels really cool and fun, but also kinda like a really bland story arch.
I figured the last quest would be a choice:
Dern tries thru 2 quests to convince you that is "the true savior" and orphion has been lying to you, etc. Dern beast does everything it can to have you join it. The last quest depends on weather we chose to help dern and overtake the world, or kill the dern beast and restore balanced. This single option has the most impact of any choice in the game as the world's fate is put into your hands. Chose self, or others.

ps. double there is a dern village. if there is anything is the trapped olm that work there. Most likely they are friendly since they know your "good" and that makes a city bla bla bla. For the raid yeah bak'al where? and the beast should be stupid hard. Like you gotta KNOW what your doing. not strap on morph and hope for the best. However I do like the armor and weapon thing you added. That would not only be and achievement but also a cool way to show the player "you are thee most powerful being in existence" since we have then defeated orphion AND dern beast (name for this guy plz). making us the strongest. Overall really cool idea nice job :D

Yeah, the ending should definitely have Taism in it because the only time we've seen him is in AHC and the tutorial. Maybe Dern Beast could be a raid and you can fight it with other players AND npcs. That would be cool since we haven't seen npcs helping in dungeons or raids(unless you include keystone guardian but who really cares).

For the headcanon: This is actually one of the more well-accepted theories (still just a theory though)

 

Hm, I think it seems very rushed and being the total stereotype of a final of a story. Most critc point have already be mentioned above (Darkness does not equal evil, etc...)
It seems to miss out the Corruption ENTIRELY, f. e. I guess the intervention of Orphion at Cinfras against the Dark Creatue Siege would be a total disaster, because you probably would not able to tell if you stand in Cinfras or in one of the Corrupted dungeon hubs afterwards.
Sry, but I think it's not a really good suggestion and needs a lot of adjustments.
