The water perk would be away to OP.....spellspamming with no cost increase would obliterate anything with more than 6 MPR

 

This isn't really a universally thunder based ability, nor is walk speed, the +1 tier attack speed will have no effect on many items like Stinger, a thunder weapon with -100 tiers of attack speed or something like that. Thunder should also give you neutral damage since a lot of bosses have elemental defs and generally having high neutral dmg is common among thunder armor and weapons.

I actually think it might make sense for earth to increase your attack speed since earth is generally related to crowd control which benefits from having higher attack speeds, although that would be a bit overpowered.

The fire one should give you life steal and decrease the damage you take

Air's a bit overpowered with the second wind thing, but that could be a major id on the actual item second wind to make it suck a bit less.

Apart from that these are pretty good.

Oh and also yeah the idea is incredible I need this in my life.

If you have the mastery ideas kept I'd say bump it up to 125 or 150 as some are really strong. Though, I personally would either change what they are or remove them.

 

You mean 125/150 skill points? I don't think you can allocate more than 100 (natural) skill points, can you? Admittedly I haven't checked since the latest update.

Also, having them be at 100 means that dual-element builds can potentially get two at level 101.

 

I was thinking you were saying sp after item buffs, not assigned. My apologies. So if it's kept I think what you need to get it is mayyybe fine. Unsure how many people would actually assign 100 skill points into one stat. Sorry for the confusion though.
