Guild Xp Contribution

So in my opinion the /guild xp [amount] command should NOT carry over through characters.
I've had so many times when I just didn't get any xp from quests because on my level 106 I turned it to 100%, to contribute to the guild, and forgot turning it to 0% when on my lower level character.
So I know this is entirely my fault. But I think it would be possible to change it. How I imagine it is, the contributed xp percentage is different for every character, and not the same for the account used.

No. The setting you set it to changes character to character. If I set it to 100% on a level 106 character, it doesn't carry over to my low level character, instead it has 0% for example.
