Major Id Concept

    So while I was vibin to music I though of a very interesting major ID. It would be fun to have for a build due to how it works.

    Final Stand-
    When at 10% of your maximum health, deal 250% neutral dmg and 200% spell dmg, gain 50% dmg resistance for 30 seconds. However you cannot heal what so ever for those 30 seconds.

    Im not good at balancing, however something along the lines of Savior's sacrifice but pumped waaay up and applys to only one person at 10% hp instead would be really fun. Especially for assassin builds who dont have healing to begin with. This ID could make certain builds more interesting by complimenting the dmg of the ID with the bonus of the items.
    My only downfall with this ID is how it would work if you were at 10% for a long time, or healed past 10% after and then returned to 10%. Maybe it has a time cooldown?

    Edits: New dmg system
    1) If an attack gets you below 10% hp then it will trigger until you are above the limit
    2) Disable any heal until you are out of combat (maybe same with scroll lock? idk)
    3) Something from above but will decrease defense (so no: super tank -> gets below limit, is safe because tank and does damage)

    I'm not good at balancing either but this seems reasonably okay.

    Not bad, although your health should also not be allowed to regenerate in that time as well. Some builds' health regen is through the roof, and could easily simply never die with this major id.

    It looks like a great idea, however I think it might be a bit too op and it would be abused by rage builds (or those who just play on 1hp) instead of being (as the name says) last stand when you are nearly dead.

    Yeah thats what i mean with no healing. you can only take dmg in this stake, but you hit like an absolute truck
