Restrictions: I havent played this game in a long time so im still at lvl 101 and i havent done any new quests. Money isnt a problem.

You can swap accessories around for more damage or more lifesteal but you didn't specify which one you wanted so no way for us to fill this request
Dawnbreak is probably a raw improvement too but dunno if you have that
