World Just Something I Would Like

Can they add a stat changer NPC for any gear that can be identified? I often have to sell the accessories I got from quests and buy a better one on the trade market or get a weapon (Spear in my case) that doesnt fit in my build. Heres some random formula I thought of:

Gear Quality=All Stats (Except damage for weapons and health for armor)x2
Stat Changer Emerald Give/Need Calaculations: +1 Gear Quality=+ 10 Emeralds -1 Gear Quality=5 Emeralds
And to prevent people with 640 LEs to get a 1,000,000 dmg depressing spear, make a cap of only 10 above the original of that stat that it can increase.

This is pointless in lower levels, since your gear doesn't matter much, and in the end game corkian amps kind of do this

tbh now that i think about it I would want an option to switch classes on a class even more. Well at least when ur like me wanting to switch from warrior to assassin and keep my gear, just buy the bet dagger in detlas sell my pike of fury and be done
