World Message Boards For Player Help

Ranging from wanting to open Bob's tomb to trying out the newly added raid's, support from other players are going to increase in demand. As of right now, spending shouts or using the Planning Parlour is the only way to do it unless you spam for help in active cities such as Detlas, where the odds of getting help are usually low (from my experience anyway). The choices today are costly and usually inefficient. Since this problem has a high chance of expanding as new multiplayer content gets added, I would like to suggest adding message boards around every major city, dungeons and raids so that request for help can be spread out more easily, while also not disturbing any players that don't want to be bothered.

How would the message boards work?
Message boards would be put somwhere around the entrances to the raids/dungeons, or in the middle of large cities, where you would be able to see requests from unique players with different requests. Someone needs help with clearing a raid or defeating a difficult quest boss? With your kind spirit you would be able to easily gather information as to what you need to do and help a fellow adventurer out.

How do you make a request?
To make a request, I think it works best if there were keywords you would choose to give other players a good what the request is about. Furthermore, there would be a player and level cap depending on the request (this would be done automatically). Lastly, to boost the willingness of other players to help you out, you could also put in emeralds to give out as a reward once the task has been completed (Emeralds would be evenly spread amongst everyone except the player who made the request). For example, if you need help with the grootslang raid, the request on the board would look something like this.

Player name: Adde_H
Request: Grootslang raid
Player req: 4
Lvl min: 60
Lvl max: 80
Reward: 1 LE

If there are 4 players who helped with the request, each player would receive 16 EB each.

Once a request is made, that player would automatically join a special request party. Players who accept the request would then join the party as well.

For a task to be considered completed, the player's helping out would recieve rewards depending on the request itself.
Raids/Dungeons: The reward is given out automatically once the raid/dungeon is completed.
Quest bosses: The player would hand in the boss drop to the message board and receive the reward from there.
Other requests: As of right now, the only way I could see this working is if the player who made the request manually marks the request as "completed". Unfortunately, this would mean that some players would be able to cancel out any requests and scam players, but I see no other way around this as of this moment.
To fix the issue where a player could simply accept the task, doesn't actually do anything and still getting a reward, the request maker would be able to kick that player out of the party.

What would this feature fix?
First of all, asking for help from other players would not be as tedious as before, since you just go to a message board and request for help there. Secondly, much more players would be more responsive with helping out players, since there would be a giant menu for help almost everywhere. Don't forget that there would also be an incentive for you to help out
